These Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the Terms of Use and Agreement, and accordingly adopts the definitions used therein.
- Shipping Territories:
We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in Israel, the United States, South America, Europe. Please note that We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.
- Shipping Methods:
Orders through Our Website are delivered by third parties payment services such as FedEx, DHL OK and etc. In addition all Our deliveries are conducted via the third party services, D2D (http://www.d2dvalue.com/index.php) and accordingly are subject to the terms and conditions set by such third parties. You hereby acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of such delivery services.

- Shipping times are approximate and may vary Between:
- Regular Items (which are in stoke): 3-5 Business Days;
- Regular Items (which are not in stoke): up to 30 Business Days;
- Engraved, embossed Items and/or Special order, custom made, personalized and made-to-order Items: up to 60 Business Days;
- Master-piece Items: up to 180 Business Days .
“Business Day” shall mean any day other than Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any other official public holiday in Israel or the United States of America.
- Order Deadlines:
Processing times may vary. Usually We get the Moriah jewelry ready for the shipment within 3 Business Days.
- USA – 3-5 Business Days;
- South America – 5 Business Days;
- Europe – 3-5 Business Days.
When estimating package shipping time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, We will send You the confirmation of order by email.
- Packaging Details:
Purchased Items will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a gift box. Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased item: (i) all related accessories, if any; (ii) Item related Customer’s guide, as applicable, and the official product warranty certificate, as applicable; (iii) printed gift note(s) containing Your message, if so requested by You when you place Your order; (iv) the return/exchange form and pre-paid return label and (v) the packing slip without price.
- Sales Tax
The delivery destination country may charge customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other payments to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected or information regarding customs requirements.
In the USA, sales tax is currently collected on orders shipped to the addresses in Washington State, New York and Virginia.
- Shipments are insured
We fully insure each order all the way to You. That means when Your order is in transit to You, shipment is always risk-free.
- Order Invoice
When ordering Items on the Website, You will receive an invoice that will be sent to Your email address as a PDF attachment. You may also at any time later request an invoice by calling to +972-3-5757979 or emailing to yael@idcbursa.com. Please note that We may request that You provide proper identification as a condition to complying with such request.
- Tracking Your Order
Once Your order has been shipped, You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code. You can view the latest tracking updates on the websites of the shipping service providers.
- Returns
To insure You make the right choice, We offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason You are not satisfied, You can return any item, except the items ordered on special request terms, in its original condition within fourteen (14) days of the day of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
